We recently needed some roof repairs and Jermel Lewis at MRN contracting had been recommended by our neighbors. We decided to move forward and had a great experience. He was very professional and made the process easy and smooth from start to finish. The actual work was done in one day, looks great, and they did a thorough cleanup afterward. I would highly recommend them.

2 weeks before we were to put our house on the market to sell, an awesome windstorm comes through and does damage to our roof. NOT what you want before you sell. In comes Richard from MRN Contracting and literally saved the day for us and took all the stress and mess out of it. He took care of the insurance hassle, he took care of the paperwork, and the biggest decision I had to make was what color for the new shingles I wanted. The workers were on time as scheduled and completed the work in a timely manner. The clean up was excellent. The roof looked spectacular (hope the new owners love it). We've already asked Richard and MRN back to our new home to have the roof inspected and see where we are since it is an older house. They will be getting our business again! 100%. Especially as long as Richard is there.

We worked with Jermel from MRN to inspect and then coordinate the replacement of our roof. Jermel was very professional and quick to respond whenever we had questions or needed additional information. He was also extremely helpful in providing the necessary information to our insurance company as we filed the damage claim. We were on a very tight schedule with lots of last-minute logistics but MRN (thank you, Otis!) made it happen and the roof was finished in one day despite a delay in getting the materials on site. The installers did a great job with clean up, too! Would highly recommend this company for your roofing project! They were professional, responsive, and easy to work with! Thank you Jermel, Otis and installers!!’

First off I'm typically not one to write a review good or bad despite my best intentions. But in this case I wasn't going to let the opportunity slip by me to give MRN the credit they deserve. Seems there are so many horror stories out there with contractors leaving home owners with a less than a pleasant experience. Well in my case it was quite the opposite I have to say the experience with MRN was nothing short of amazing....... The customer service was so professional with everyone that I was in contact with. I have to give a shout out to Craig Adamo who was my main contact throughout for his follow up it was incredible. Craig took the time to answer every question and was so thorough with all the details leading up to the roof install. The crew that did the roof was fantastic and the roof looks great . We went with the Williamsburg Gray shingles and we are very happy with our color selection. Of course the roof is the important part but the clean up that the crew did was unbelievable, my wife and I were so impressed with the care they took with our property. The entire experience was so easy from the initial inspection of the roof to the assistance that MRN provided in their professional communication with the insurance company made us feel from the beginning that we had made the right contractor choice. We have had several people in our neighborhood asking us about our roof and many of them were surprised that the entire job was completed in just 1 1/2 days. In closing I just want to say that if you are in need of a roof MRN without question would get my recommendation for their outstanding workmanship and professional service. Thank MRN again for a fantastic job and a hassle free experience.........

Yes, good contractors still exists! We just had our roof replaced by MRN. I RARELY write reviews, but this company deserves kudos for professionalism and work etiquette. Jeremy took us through the process from A-to-Z. All of the legwork was performed by MRN. Jeremy handled insurance, the estimator, follow up and complete thorough communications. The technology and level of care that was taken to have a roof installed in under 3 days, was impressive. I wish our other contractors and jobs ran this smoothly. Highly satisfied customer, M.Sloyer

Jeremy Hopper and MRN did a great job for us when our roof needed replacement. The process was smooth, they kept us updated, and the work was done quickly and efficiently (one day). They also did a great job cleaning up-it was hard to tell that anyone had been installing a new roof when they finished.

Jeremy Hooper and the MRN Contracting team were excellent to work with during the installation of our new roof. When insurance raised questions about our claim, Jeremy met with the adjuster in person to review our situation. During the installation, his guys were great throughout the day, but especially during cleanup. I would recommend this contractor to anyone looking for a roofing company.

Just got my roof redone with MRN Contracting and it was a great experience. From the initial engagement and help with the insurance, to the actual roof replacement, the materials used and the clean up. Fantastic company to work with.

For being newly married and having no earthly idea what I was doing, I decided to call MRN contracting after a hail storm in Nash County. It was a pleasure working with them throughout the whole process. I worked with a gentleman named Preston as my contractor. Not only did he work with me every step of the way, but If I had any questions or concerns I was able to be up front an honest with him. He didn’t just answer me to make me happy, Preston educated me making sure I understood How and Why something was happening. I believe that is one of our economy’s biggest flaws is we are not educated properly whether it’s on Roofs, Gutters, Covid Shots, or even Tax Planning. MRN Contracting will always create value with their education and it is much appreciated. I just wanted to say Thank You My Roof and Gutters look amazing! Stay Safe! God Bless!
